Developmental core is how you developed as a baby. With a strong emphasis on correct breathing mechanics, if you find crunches, sit-ups and v-sits don’t agree with your neck and back, try this.
£25 per month (4 sessions)
Signup on a monthly basis, sessions are 9am Wednesday morning (Zoom), recordings will be available after the session and will be emailed out.
Beginners Core Course
A 5-week course covering the theory and practice of developmental core. You will learn the importance of breath mechanics, walking technique and the key exercises that research tells us are the best for our backs.
Each session will be followed up with an emailed information sheet.
On completion of the 5-week beginner’s core course, you will be able to join our Group Core Sessions, subject to space and availability.

Group Core Sessions
Monday evenings from 17:30 to 18:30 at the Popson Street Dojo, Bungay. Places are limited to 12 and are bookable monthly.
£40 per month (4 sessions), paid in advance. A Zoom recorded class will be available if you’re unable to attend a session.

Open to everyone, our core classes focus on key techniques we can use to unlock the true potential of the core using exercises designed to optimize breath mechanics, eye movement and balance to stimulate the brain and overwrite bad-habits.
All participants require a completed consent form prior to starting, these are sent out in advance.
